Hogben Pottery

Hogben Pottery was established in the autumn of 1991, producing decorative terracotta, urns and flower pots for the garden. Which in turn has evolved into the production of pottery for the home.

We have specialised in a technique known as sprigging (applying our separately moulded designs in 3D). Attaching these to a range of jugs, bowls and mugs, which are then hand painted by Jane and her team.  The inspiration for our designs come from the garden, from Freddie our fox terrier and from walks in the beautiful countryside around the Chiltern Hills.
